When you accept a trade with another iGoSwap member, we will provide you the recipient's address and the option to print a shipping label. Just glue the shipping label on the envelope, or manually write the address on it. You can use our corporate address to protect your personal address if you wish to keep that information private.

NOTE: You will never be sending anything to iGoSwap. Your games will be sent only to other iGoSwap members.

Rules When Shipping:

- Pirated/burned/copied games are absolutely NOT allowed. iGoSwap members must ship only the original copy of games and not any version that violates the copyright protection of the game’s publishers. Anyone caught swapping pirated software will be suspended from using iGoSwap.

- Games must be in full and proper working order, including no “skips” or malfunctions.

- As a courtesy to other iGoSwap members like yourself, please ship your games in the fastest reasonable timeframe.

Shipping Recommendations:

- iGoSwap recommends a padded envelope and/or bubble padding to protect your games and ensure positive feedback. These can be found at a grocery stores, office buildings, the post office, etc.

- We recommend you use delivery confirmation in case a seller ever claims that your item did not arrive.

NOTE: For any game requiring multiple discs, all discs must be shipped in working order, or it is the same as no discs having been sent.

* The seller must ensure that all parts accompany the game when shipping. To settle any possible disputes in the future, you may want to take pictures with time/date stamps.

When swapping Disc Only, how should I ship?

We recommend using a "disc saver" inside the paper mailer, for additional protection, which can be found at several retailers and online at C-Shell and other places as well).

iGoSwap recommends using a padded envelope (e.g. bubble mailer) for all shipments. Then ship as normal.

How do I ship a cartridge game for a handheld?

Ship cartridges with the same protection you would ship any other game. Only using a regular envelope with no additional padding is NOT sufficient.

What about Special/Limited/Bonus/Collecter’s editions?

- Include the materials above that are pertinent based on the category (Full Package, Disc and Manual or Disc Only) as well as any original accessories, controllers, etc., all in working order.

NOTE: It is the user’s responsibility to research the concerns of any particular game before swapping.
