Your privacy is very important to iGoSwap. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Your use of and/or registration on any iGoSwap services constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy describes the information, as part of the normal operation of our services, we collect from you and what may happen to that information.

Minors
Minors (persons under the age of 18) are not eligible to use iGoSwap services unsupervised and we request that children do not submit any personal information to us. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use our services in conjunction with and under the supervision of your parents or guardians

Collected Information
We only collect personal information about you that we consider necessary for achieving the purpose of providing you with a safe, efficient, and customized experience. This allows us to provide services and features that most likely meet your needs, to more effectively communicate with you and to customize our service to make your experience more satisfying and complete.

We receive and store any information that you enter on our website or provide to us in any other way. The type of Personal Information collected includes, but is not limited to, your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, age, and products you own or are requesting. The Personal Information you provide is used for such purposes as sending products and video games, processing payments, responding to your requests for certain products and services; customizing the advertising and content you see; and communicating with you about specials and new products.

We do not collect any credit card or banking information, and do not store such information on our systems. We provide you the possibility to pay for our services through external payment processors, such as Paypal. Credit card, banking, or account information that you provide to these processors is not shared with iGoSwap. We only receive confirmation for each payment and the data necessary to process the order.

We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with our website or Services. iGoSwap automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including, but not limited to, your IP address, the browser you are using, iGoSwap cookie information, and the page you requested.

We may use data collection devices such as "cookies" on certain pages of the Site to help analyze our web page flow, measure promotional effectiveness, and promote trust and safety. "Cookies" are small files placed on your hard drive that assist us in providing our services. We also use cookies to allow you to enter your password less frequently during a session. Cookies can also help us provide information that is targeted to your interests. You are always free to decline our cookies if your browser permits, although in that case you may not be able to use certain features on the Site and you may be required to reenter your password more frequently during a session.

iGoSwap automatically collects usage information, such as the number and frequency of visitors to our site(s), the pages and content accessed, time spent, products and video games viewed, requested, offered, traded, searched, bought or sold. iGoSwap uses this data in aggregate for statistical purposes. As part of this use of information, we may provide aggregate information to our partners and customers about how our users, collectively, use iGoSwap. iGoSwap never discloses aggregate information to a partner or a customer in a manner that would identify you personally, without your explicit permission.

Our Use of Personal Information
We use your personal information to facilitate the services you request, which would otherwise be very difficult without such information. Such uses may include but are not limited to:

- Revealing limited personal information such as Name and Address to other iGoSwap members for the purposes of facilitating a trade of the products you offer or request
- Sharing similar information to third parties for the sole purpose of facilitating trades, such as the postal service, marketing assistance, processing payments, sending emails, and customer service.
- Any third-parties assisting iGoSwap do not have any right to use Personal Information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us.
- We may send promotional offers to certain users on behalf of other businesses. However, when we do so, we do not give the other business your name or address. If you do not wish to receive these offers, you will be able to unsubscribe.
- In some cases, we may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, user information is typically one of the business assets that is transferred. Moreover, if iGoSwap, or substantially all of its assets were acquired, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquiror of iGoSwap may continue to use your Personal Information as set forth in this policy.
- We may release Personal Information when we believe in good faith that release is necessary to comply with the law; enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of iGoSwap, our employees, our users, or others. - iGoSwap cooperates with law enforcement inquiries, as well as other third parties to enforce laws, such as: intellectual property rights, fraud and other rights, to help protect you and iGoSwap community from bad actors. Therefore, in response to a verified request by law enforcement or other government officials relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity, we can (and you authorize us to) disclose your name, city, state, telephone number, email address, account history, fraud complaints, and bidding and listing history without a subpoena.

Due to the existing regulatory environment, we cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personal information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.

You agree that we may use personal information about you to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to analyze site usage, improve our content and product offerings, and customize the Site's content, layout, and services. These uses improve the Site and better tailor it to meet your needs, so as to provide you with a smooth, efficient, safe and customized experience while using the Site. You agree that we may use your personal information to contact you and deliver information to you that, in some cases, are targeted to your interests.

Your iGoSwap account is protected by a password for your privacy and security. You should select and protect your password appropriately and limit access to your computer and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account in order to protect against unauthorized access to your account and personal information. We have implemented technology and security features to safeguard the privacy of your personal information from unauthorized access or improper use. While we try to ensure that your information is secure on our system, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.

You are able to add or update certain information on your account or on your public profile pages. When you update information, however, we often maintain a copy of the unrevised information in our records. Please note that some information may remain in our records even after your account has been disabled or deleted at your request.

Your Use of Personal Information
In order to facilitate interaction among all iGoSwap community members, our Site allows you limited access other users' contact and shipping information. As a trader you have access to the Account ID, email address and other contact and shipping information of the other traders involved in the trade.

By entering into our User Agreement, you agree that, with respect to other users' personal information that you obtain through the Site or related communities, iGoSwap hereby grants to you a license to use such information only for: (a) iGoSwap-related communications that are not unsolicited commercial messages, (b) any other purpose that a user expressly agrees to after you tell them the purpose you would like to use it for. In all cases, you must give users an opportunity to remove themselves from your database and a chance to review what information you have collected about them. In addition, under no circumstances, except as defined in this Section, can you disclose personal information about another user to any third party without our consent and the consent of that user. You agree that other users may use your personal information to communicate with you in accordance with this Section. Note that law enforcement personnel and other rights holders are given different rights with respect to information they access.

Our Anti-Spam Policy
iGoSwap prohibits the use of the Services in any manner associated with the transmission, distribution or delivery of any unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial e-mail ("Spam"). You may not use any Services to send Spam. You also may not deliver Spam or cause Spam to be delivered to any of iGoSwap's Services or customers.

Individuals who sign up on any iGoSwap website or Services and provide their email address give iGoSwap permission to send email communications to said email address. In order to protect your privacy, iGoSwap does not sell, share or trade our subscriber list with anyone for any reason. Users can unsubscribe at any time by sending a written request to iGoSwap.

From time to time iGoSwap sends emails to its members with information, updates and actions to take. These emails are necessary to conduct our business and deliver the best experience to our iGoSwap members. By joining iGoSwap you understand, accept and agree to receive emails from iGoSwap.

iGoSwap does not authorize the harvesting, mining or collection of e-mail addresses or other information from or through the Services. iGoSwap does not permit or authorize others to use the Services to collect, compile or obtain any information about iGoSwap's customers or subscribers, including but not limited to subscriber e-mail addresses, which are iGoSwap's confidential and proprietary information. Use of the Services is also subject to the applicable Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

iGoSwap does not permit or authorize any attempt to use the Services in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair any aspect of any of the Services, or that could interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any Service.

If iGoSwap believes that unauthorized or improper use is being made of any Service, it may, without notice, take such action as it, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate, including blocking messages from a particular internet domain, mail server or IP address. iGoSwap may immediately terminate any account on any Service which it determines, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any e-mail that violates this policy.

Nothing in this policy is intended to grant any right to transmit or send e-mail to, or through, the Services. Failure to enforce this policy in every instance does not amount to a waiver of iGoSwap's rights.

Unauthorized use of the Services in connection with the transmission of unsolicited e-mail, including the transmission of e-mail in violation of this policy, may result in civil, criminal, or administrative penalties against the sender and those assisting the sender.

Notice
We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the amend terms on the Site. All amended terms shall automatically be effective immediately after posted on the Site.
