Should a game get lost in the mail or be broken during shipping, iGoSwap will refund you the points and trade tokens you have spent, and put your request back in queue. | Anything else I should know? |
Points are the "currency" on iGoSwap.com and are used to assign value to video games. Trade Tokens allow you to make a trade through the iGoSwap system.
Feedback from buyers is used to track a seller's performance. Users have incentives to increase their feedback score, as a higher score means more simultaneous open trades and faster crediting.
You can offer and request products at the same time. Even if you don’t have enough points to receive the other games right away, you'll be "in line" for a match and can receive the games when you earn more points by trading.
You can use the Private Messaging system to communicate with other iGoSwap members.
When a game on your request and offers list is Active, it means that your game is currently waiting to be matched. Use the Hold feature on games that you want to hold onto for a while or to organize your request list. All your games will maintain their position in the queues.
